Mrs. CHALAVADI JHANSI RANI, 40 years, is the Head of Warehouse and Distribution of our Company. She holds a bachelors degree in Commerce from Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh. She is an entrepreneur and was a partner in Sai Silks (Kalamandir) a Partnership firm from 2005 and was responsible for business operations including marketing and sales, administration human resources. She is also one of the promoters of our Company.

Mr. ANNAM SUBASH CHANDRA MOHAN, 34 years, is the Head of sourcing and Designing of the textiles and Selection of the ready made garments of our Company. He holds a bachelors degree in Commerce from Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh. He is also a Post Graduate Programme in Business Administration from Institute of Management Education (Pune). Prior to joining our company he was employed with organizations like Times Bank Ltd, Prathiba Advertising, Pearl Beverages Limited, Marketing and Research Services. He has vast experience in the field of designing sarees and other clothing material based on the taste and preference of the consumers.
 
Mrs. ANNAM SOWJANYA, 30 years, is the Head Advertising the Products of our Company. She holds a bachelors degree in Science from Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh. She has done her Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (IGNOU). Prior to joining our Company, she has experience of working as Faculty with Institutions like Techno Computer Point, Sri Majesty Guravaiah Degree College. She has vast experience in the field of Advertising the Products and creating their Brand value.

Mr. ANNAM VENKATA RAJESH, 31 years is the head of all the Showrooms of our Company in Andhra Pradesh. He holds a bachelors degree in Commerce from Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh. He has vast experience in managing the day to day activities of the needs of the Show Rooms in Andhra Pradesh. He is in charge of looking after product development of our Company.

Mr. ORUGANTI RAMAKRISHNA, 36 years, is the Manager (Accounts) of our Company. He holds a bachelors degree in arts from Nagarjuna University. He has four years of experience in the field. Prior to joining our Company he was employed with Kalaniketan as Accounts Head. He is in charge of maintaining the day to day accounts of the Company.

Mr. GANESHAN VINOD KUMAR, 36 years, is the Manager (Information Technology) of our Company. He holds a bachelors degree in commerce from Osmania University and Post Graduate diploma in Business Administration. He has also obtained Microsoft Dynamics Certification. He has over three years of experience in the Information Technology Sector. Prior to joining our Company, he was employed with B2B Software Technologies Limited as a Team Leader.

Mr. PEDAPUDI PRASAD, 24 years, is the Manager (Human Resources) of our Company. He holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing Management from Andhra University. He has over one year experience in Human Resource Management. 

Mr. M SREENIVASA RAO, 42 years, is the Manager (Administration) of our company. He holds a bachelors degree in commerce from Nagarjuna University. 

Mr. D. SRINIVAS PRASAD, 34 years, is the Senior Manager (Accounts & Administration) of our Company. He holds a bachelors degree in commerce and law.

Mr. SOUMITH KUMAR SIKINDERPURKAR, 24 years, is the Company Secretary of our Company. He holds a bachelors degree in commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad and is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has over 1 Year of experience and prior to joining our Company he was associated with M/s. Avantel Limited, Hyderabad a BSE Listed Company. His responsibilities include ensuring with all Legal and regulatory requirements for the smooth functioning of the business of our Company.
